The conference office is providing an accommodation booking service, free of charge. Rooms are available at the hotels listed below. You can book your accommodation when you book your conference place online. A valid credit card number must be given when making your booking, as this is required to guarantee your booking. Please ensure that your credit card will still be valid at the time of the conference. Payment for all accommodation booked is to be settled with the hotel direct upon departure together with any room extras.
If you have already registered for the conference but did not book accommodation at the same time, you are still able to do so. Your online booking will updated with your accommodation request and a member of the Conference Office will get in touch with you to confirm your hotel booking details.
