Tim Faircliff is general manager of UK digital media business for Reuters, the world's largest international news source. A year ago Reuters announced plans to double the size of their media business by predominantly focusing on the Web. Tim has been leading their efforts to deliver news over the Internet and has doubled their website audience.
He is responsible for the development of the company's digital news and information products including Reuters.co.uk, mobile applications, and Internet delivered television.
Tim joined Reuters from the Telegraph Group where he worked in a number of digital media roles, including general manager of Telegraph.co.uk. He is an active member of the online industry and on the boards of the Association of Online Publishers and the Digital Marketing Council.
