Overview
The rooms on level 1 (Carrick, Harris and Ochill) seat 100 people each but are subdivided for workshops and tutorials. On Monday and Tuesday, all three rooms are divided. On Wed-Fri, Ochill is used for tutorials, Harris is used (whole) for W3C and Carrick (whole) for the developers. The tutorial rooms can't be used
These six rooms can be booked either before the first session (08:00-09:00), during lunch (12:30-14:00) or after the last session (17:30-20:00). The conference centre is open from 08:00 to 20:00. To book them, please just edit this Wiki page and replace the 'empty' slot with your meeting description, your name and email.

The larger rooms on Level 0 beyond the entrance foyer (Tinto, Moorfoot and Kilsyth) are capable of holding 200 people each, and are mainly used for paper presentations. They will be made available on request at the Enquiries Desk (email Grace porter, grace@inanyevent-uk.com).
